1) General

• These Terms apply to all site visitors and customers.

• We may update them without prior notice; continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2) Product Availability & Information

• All products are subject to availability. If an item in your order is unavailable or delayed, we’ll notify you and offer alternatives or a refund for that item.

• Images, packaging, and minor specifications may vary due to artisan sourcing and batch variations common to ritual/handcrafted goods.

3) Pricing & Taxes

• Prices are listed in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.

• Prices may change without notice. We may cancel orders with pricing/stock errors or discrepancies and issue a full refund where applicable.

4) Payments

• We accept major debit/credit cards, UPI, net-banking, and wallet payments via secure gateways.

• You are responsible for providing accurate billing/shipping details. We reserve the right to refuse/cancel any order suspected of fraud or misuse.

5) Shipping, Delivery & Charges

• We ship pan-India via reputed couriers. Typical delivery: 3–7 business days (remote areas may take longer).

• Shipping charges (if any) are shown at checkout and are calculated by weight/size/destination.

• From time to time we may run free-shipping promotions using coupon codes; apply the code at checkout to avail the offer (valid only during the promo period and subject to T&Cs).

6) Order Acceptance & Tracking

• Order acknowledgement does not mean acceptance; orders are accepted upon dispatch.

• You’ll receive a tracking link post-dispatch. Delays due to courier operations, strikes, weather, or force-majeure are outside our control.

7) Returns, Replacements & Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read carefully:

7.1 Eligible cases

• Defective, damaged, or incorrect items only. Notify us within 3 days of delivery.

• Share unboxing video and clear photos of the sealed parcel and item(s) to help us assess the claim.

7.2 Non-returnable items (for hygiene/ritual purity)

• Opened/used pooja consumables (kumkum/haldi, dhoop/agarbatti, ghee, sindoor, oils, powders, prasad items etc.), opened kits, and any item soiled due to use, are not eligible for return/refund.

• Customized or made-to-order kits/hamper sets are non-returnable unless defective.

7.3 High-value items (your policy preserved)

• Items with base price ₹4,999 & above (excluding taxes/fees) are non-refundable at all times.

• Only replacement is offered in case of a faulty product, subject to satisfactory video/photo evidence and our verification.

• We reserve the right to approve or deny claims at our sole discretion after review.

7.4 When a replacement isn’t possible

• If the product is unavailable for 30 business days, we may process a partial or full refund (excluding taxes/fees where applicable) based on the verified evidence and our assessment.

7.5 Refund method & costs

• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

• Shipping/handling charges are non-refundable.

• Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

8) Cancellation Policy

• Within 24 hours: full refund including taxes & fees.

• 24–48 hours: full refund excluding taxes & payment gateway fees.

• After 48 hours: order is processed; cancellations follow the Returns/Replacement policy (replacements only; refunds may be partial or not applicable).

9) Coupons & Promotions

• Coupons are valid for a limited time, for eligible products/categories, and cannot be clubbed with some offers. If an order using a coupon is cancelled/returned, the coupon value is not reinstated unless specified.

10) GST Invoices

• GST invoices are available. Provide your GSTIN at checkout or share it with your order details.

11) User Conduct & Site Use

• Do not misuse the site (introduce malware, attempt unauthorized access, data mining, scraping, etc.). We may restrict access or cancel orders for abuse/fraud.

12) Intellectual Property

• All logos, images, text, designs and other content on shreemstore.in are our intellectual property or used with permission. You may not reproduce or use them without written consent.

13) Limitation of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product(s) in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including courier delays.

14) Indemnity

• You agree to indemnify and hold Shreem Store harmless from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or violation of any law or third-party rights.

15) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, courts at [Gautam Buddha Nagar/Noida, U.P.] shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
