2) Processing time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Sat, excluding public/festival holidays). Custom kits or high-demand periods (e.g., Navratri) may need extra time; we’ll notify you if so.

3) Delivery timelines

Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and courier network. Remote/outlying areas may take longer. Courier delays due to weather, strikes, or operational disruptions are outside our control, but we’ll assist with escalation.

4) Shipping charges & free shipping

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.

10) Loss, damage, or wrong item
